I specialize in areas of substance use and trauma. My areas of interest include PTSD, codependency, domestic abuse and relationship issues, stress and anxiety disorders, depression and grief, sleep disorders, spirituality, and life transitions.

1:1 Telehealth Individual

THIS IS A GOOD FIT FOR AN INDIVIDUAL DEALING WITH A SPECIFIC SITUATION OR NEEDING ONGOING SUPPORT

This work is ideal for someone who may or may not know what they want help with, but may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self doubt, poor relationships, indecision, etc.

The initial consultation is for information gathering, allowing me to better understand the context of your life. It enables you to get to know me and determine whether we’d be a good fit to work together. If you choose to proceed, you can book now, or contact me when you’re ready.

The process includes: Information intake in first session / client-driven goal development & development of a treatment plan in subsequent session / periodic evaluation

We’ll then proceed with weekly or bi-weekly 50 minute sessions – insurance or private pay

Couples Telehealth Counseling

PLANNING SESSION – 1st session: (50 mins)

During this joint session, both partners will share your story and your current situation. This initial consultation is primarily for information-gathering about the beginning stages and evolution of your relationship.

YOU’LL COMPLETE THE GOTTMAN ASSESSMENT (A 200-QUESTION ONLINE ASSESSMENT – ANONYMOUS/CONFIDENTIAL. YOU WILL NOT SEE EACH OTHERS’ ANSWERS)

2nd SET OF SESSIONS: (50 mins. each)

With each person individually – we’ll gather the individual histories of your families of origin and relationships, with an opportunity to privately share what you are challenged with.

3RD SESSION: (50 mins)

Treatment planning session – we’ll consolidate the data taken and the online assessment, then develop a treatment plan and course of action.

We’ll then proceed with weekly or bi-weekly 50 minute sessions.
